You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the winnox platform. We enforce this through mandatory KYC identity verification using a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player may hold only one winnox account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited. This applies regardless of payment method or device used to register.
All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms. winnox reserves the right to void bonus winnings where abuse or multi-accounting is detected.
Verified accounts may withdraw winnings at any time. winnox processes e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) within five minutes during standard operating hours. No withdrawal fees are charged.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use prohibited betting strategies, engage in collusion, or commit fraud will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
Any player may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the winnox platform at any time via the account dashboard or Live Chat. Exclusions take effect immediately with no cooling-off period required.

By completing registration on the winnox Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the winnox Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to the winnox Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to open or use a gambling account. winnox reserves the right to request age verification at any stage and to suspend any account pending verification of eligibility.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. winnox does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside our licensed territories. Access from prohibited jurisdictions is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds derived from such access.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player may register only one Account on the winnox Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — constitute a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances, including any winnings, may be voided.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your Account. You undertake to notify winnox promptly of any changes to your registered information. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.5 KYC Verification. As a condition of making withdrawals, all Players must successfully complete winnox's KYC identity verification process. This requires submission of a valid Malaysian MyKad or passport, and may include additional documentation such as proof of address or source of funds at winnox's discretion. KYC documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. winnox will never ask you for your password via Live Chat, email, or any other communication channel.
4.2 You must notify winnox immediately via Live Chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. winnox accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred before you notified us, where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 winnox strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds a second layer of verification via SMS OTP to your registered Malaysian mobile number, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access.
5.1 winnox accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking), and other methods as displayed on the Platform. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
5.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Where a third-party payment source is identified, winnox reserves the right to suspend the Account and return funds to the source payment method.
5.3 winnox does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which winnox accepts no responsibility.
5.4 Deposited funds are held in player-segregated accounts, separate from winnox's operational funds, in compliance with our licence conditions.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the winnox Account. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
6.2 winnox processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the following target timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) within five minutes during standard operating hours; FPX bank transfers within the same business day. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing delays.
6.3 winnox charges no fees on player withdrawals. The amount you request is the amount that will be credited to your payment account.
6.4 winnox reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual or high-risk under its AML obligations. This may require submission of additional documentation and may extend processing time.
7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus-derived winnings.
7.2 Where a Player holds both real-money balance and bonus balance simultaneously, real-money balance will be used first in game play unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
7.3 winnox reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms.
7.4 Any Player found to be exploiting bonus mechanics through systematic low-risk betting strategies, multi-accounting, or coordinated play will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided. winnox's determination in such matters is final.
8.1 All casino games available on the winnox Platform use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.
8.2 In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on-screen and the result recorded on winnox's servers, the server record shall prevail as the authoritative record of the outcome.
8.3 Technical malfunctions — including software errors, connection interruptions, or server failures — void all bets and game rounds affected. The affected wagered amount will be returned to the Player's Account. winnox accepts no liability for winnings that would have been generated from a game round affected by a malfunction.
8.4 For live dealer games and sportsbook markets, specific game or market rules accessible within the relevant section of the Platform govern the resolution of bets. These Game Rules are part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the winnox Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

All content on the winnox Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, game content, text, and trademarks — is the property of winnox or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without express written consent from winnox.
12.1 The winnox Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winnox's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 winnox shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other economic loss.
13.1 You may close your winnox Account at any time by contacting our 24/7 Live Chat support team. Upon closure request, winnox will return any verified real-money balance to your registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and wagering-incomplete bonus winnings will be forfeited on account closure.
13.2 winnox reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, without advance notice, where the Player has breached these Terms, where winnox suspects fraud or money laundering, or where continued operation of the Account would be contrary to our regulatory obligations. Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, the remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and extent of the breach.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of our international gaming authority licence.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising between you and winnox relating to your Account or these Terms, you should first contact our 24/7 Live Chat support team. Most disputes are resolved at first contact. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support channels, it may be escalated to winnox's formal disputes process, details of which are available in the help centre.
14.3 Disputes relating to specific game outcomes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. winnox will not consider disputes submitted outside this window.
winnox reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via a notification within the Platform or to your registered email address. The amended Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
